Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Some items are made in small batches or prepared to order, so processing times may vary based on product availability, preparation schedule, and order volume.
Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Availability
Shipping availability depends on the product type.
Sea Moss Gels
Sea moss gels are prepared fresh and may be shipped with temperature-conscious packaging when available. Customers should refrigerate sea moss immediately upon delivery.
To help protect product quality, sea moss orders may ship earlier in the week to avoid extended weekend transit delays.
Pantry Items, Dried Herbs, Powders, Breads, Pickled Items, and Shelf-Stable Products
Eligible pantry, herbal, and shelf-stable products may be shipped based on product availability and packaging requirements. Some items may be limited to local pickup or delivery depending on freshness, storage needs, or preparation method.
Meal Boxes and Prepared Foods
Meal subscription boxes and prepared meals may be available for local pickup or local delivery only, unless otherwise stated. These items are prepared on a set schedule and may not be eligible for standard shipping.
Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically. No physical item will be shipped. Access details will be provided after purchase or by email.
Herbal Consultations
Consultations are service-based and do not include physical shipping unless optional products are purchased separately.
Local Pickup and Delivery
If local pickup or delivery is available, details will be provided during checkout or by email after purchase.
Customers are responsible for picking up orders during the designated pickup window. If an order is not picked up during the scheduled time, product freshness and availability cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the order, destination, product type, and shipping method available.
The Holistic Table reserves the right to update shipping rates at any time.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on carrier, location, weather, holidays, and other factors outside of our control. Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, The Holistic Table is not responsible for carrier delays.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. The Holistic Table is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes can be made after an order has been processed.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos if applicable.

The Holistic Table is not responsible for products left outside, unrefrigerated, or unattended after delivery confirmation.
