Due to the nature of consultations, digital products, and consumable herbal items, refunds are not available once a purchase has been completed.

Consultation appointments are reserved specifically for you.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, late arrivals, or missed appointments (no-shows) will result in a cancellation/no-show fee and may forfeit the session.

Fees are not refundable and are applied at the discretion of the business.
