Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting The Holistic Table. Because many of our products are made in small batches, prepared to order, perishable, or digital, please review our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

By purchasing from The Holistic Table, booking a consultation, or subscribing to a meal box, you agree to this Refund Policy.

General Refund Policy

All sales are generally final due to the nature of food, wellness products, herbs, digital products, and made-to-order items.

Refunds, replacements, or store credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis if there is an issue with order quality, fulfillment, or damage during delivery or shipping.

Perishable Products

Perishable products, including sea moss gels, prepared foods, meal boxes, breads, pickled or fermented items, and other fresh or temperature-sensitive products, are not eligible for refunds once prepared, shipped, delivered, or picked up.

Customers are responsible for refrigerating or storing perishable items according to the instructions provided.

The Holistic Table is not responsible for products that are left outside, unrefrigerated, unattended, picked up late, or not stored properly after delivery or pickup.

Meal Boxes and Subscriptions

Meal boxes are prepared on a set schedule and may include rotating breakfast items, lunch cups, dinner bowls, snacks, desserts, or other plant-based offerings.

Because ingredients and supplies are planned in advance, cancellations or changes must be made before the next billing cycle or stated cutoff period.

Once a meal box has entered preparation, refunds or cancellations may not be available.

Subscription payments are non-refundable once the weekly preparation process has started. Customers are responsible for managing cancellations, pauses, or changes before the next billing date.

Sea Moss Gels

Sea moss gels are made fresh and are temperature-sensitive. Refunds are not available for sea moss products once they have been shipped, delivered, picked up, opened, or improperly stored.

If your order arrives damaged or there is a fulfillment issue, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos.

Herbs, Powders, and Pantry Items

Due to the nature of herbs, powders, pantry items, and wellness products, returns are not accepted once items have been shipped, delivered, opened, or used.

If you receive the wrong item or your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.

Digital Products

All digital product sales are final. Digital products cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged, shared, or resold once access has been provided.

If you have trouble accessing a digital product, please contact us so we can assist.

Herbal Consultations

Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once the appointment has been confirmed or consultation preparation has begun.

If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling may be allowed based on availability.

Missed appointments, late cancellations, or failure to complete required intake forms may not be eligible for a refund.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos, if applicable

  • Your contact information

After reviewing the issue, The Holistic Table may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or other resolution depending on the situation.

Shipping and Delivery Issues

Once an order is handed to a shipping carrier, delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, carrier delays, or circumstances outside of our control.

The Holistic Table is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, missed deliveries, or packages left unattended after delivery confirmation.

Allergies and Preferences

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, ingredients, and potential allergens before purchasing.

Refunds are not guaranteed for personal taste preferences, disliked flavors, failure to read ingredients, or allergy concerns that were not disclosed before purchase.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us first so we can review and attempt to resolve the matter.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and may affect future ordering eligibility.

Policy Updates

The Holistic Table reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
