The Way We Work With Herbs Herbal guidance is personal, intentional, and not one-size-fits-all. To maintain clarity, safety, and integrity in this work, the following standards apply to all consultations and herbal support. Do I need a consultation to receive herbal recommendations? Yes. Personalized herbal recommendations are only provided through a scheduled consultation. Herbs are selected based on individual goals, lifestyle, and overall wellness considerations. Do you sell individual herbs without a consultation? No. Individual herbs are not sold or recommended without proper guidance. Herbal support is prescribed by size, complexity, and intended use following a consultation. Can I book a consultation without purchasing herbs? Absolutely. You may book a consultation to receive guidance and recommendations without purchasing herbs directly. How do herbal add-ons work? If you choose to receive herbs following your consultation, herbal support is practitioner-assigned based on your needs. Clients do not select herbs or tiers themselves. Herbal support may fall into one of the following categories: Foundational Herbal Support (1–2 herbs) Comprehensive Herbal Support (3–4 herbs) Advanced Herbal Wellness Protocol (5+ herbs) Can I request specific herbs? You may share preferences or sensitivities, but final recommendations are determined during the consultation to ensure alignment with your overall wellness goals. Do scoop orders include personalized guidance? No. Scoop orders are curated experiences and do not include individualized herbal recommendations or protocols. Do you provide herbal advice via DM or email? No. For clarity and consistency, herbal guidance is only provided through booked consultations.
