THE HOLISTIC TABLE — TERMS & CONDITIONS
By using this website or placing an order with The Holistic Table, you agree to these terms.
Products & Information: We sell plant-based food products, herbal teas, sea moss products, seasonings, books, and related wellness products. Product descriptions, traditional-use information, recipes, and educational content are provided for general informational purposes. Herbal and wellness information is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Traditional use does not mean a result is clinically proven or guaranteed. Individual results and experiences may vary.
Health & Allergy Responsibility: Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients and determining whether a product is appropriate for them. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, have allergies, or have a medical condition, consult an appropriate qualified healthcare professional before using herbal products. Stop use and seek appropriate care if you experience an adverse reaction.
Orders: We may refuse or cancel an order because of product availability, suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, shipping restrictions, or other legitimate business reasons. If we cancel a paid order before shipment, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Pricing & Payment: Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is fulfilled.
Intellectual Property: The Holistic Table name, original recipes, cookbook content, photographs, graphics, product descriptions, branding, and other original site content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, sold, or commercially distributed without permission.
Food Safety: Follow all storage, refrigeration, preparation, and use instructions supplied with a product. Perishable products must be handled promptly after delivery.
Changes: We may update these terms as our products, services, or legal obligations change. The version posted at the time of purchase applies to that transaction, except where law requires otherwise.
